I probably should have waited to post this one til valentines day! One of our friends during some foreign travels found a double decker chupa chup. She knew us too well! One of the things that Karl and I quickly found out about each other is our mutual love for these lollies! We even had them at our wedding as favors. But the the dual flavor chupa chup= double the love!

No, not the hair, gym, or snuggling type. The sport. Last night Karl and I made our debut as phenoms in the Canadian favorite pastime sport (besides hockey) curling. It’s a lot more fun and harder than you can imagine. I think its my new favorite winter sport. Watch out 2014 olympics Team Erikarl is on the prowl!

A little birdie once told me once to play nicely with others. Aren’t little birds great? What has a little birdie told you lately?
Oh and I’m a huge fan of editing these days. I have really no idea technically what I’m doing but I’ve been able to create some pretty interesting shots. The 1st pic was my attempt at editing to show more contrast with the bird, the 2nd shot was one of the preset editing tools, and the 3rd was the original picture. which birdie do you like? I like all 3!
